The influencer side panel gives you a full view of each creator’s profile, including performance metrics, audience data, communication history, and internal notes. It’s your all-in-one space for evaluating and managing influencer relationships.
The panel is divided into four key tabs, each offering specific insights and tools:
Channels: Social media data, performance metrics, and audience insights
Email: Email communication and campaign outreach
Notes: Internal notes and collaboration with your team
Profile: Personal details, tags, and custom fields
1. Channels tab: Influencer performance overview
The Channels tab is where you’ll find detailed data on social presence, audience quality, and engagement trends.
Basic influencer information
Social media name
First and last name
Email address
Status (learn how to manage influencer statuses in Wednesday)
Location (learn how Wednesday determines creator location)
Average response time to brand outreach
LDA-compliant tag (indicates if 71.6%+ of their engaged audience is over 21 years old, based on Instagram)
Affiliate tag (assigned if they posted on Instagram or YouTube in the past 90 days with a brand mention + affiliate link or coupon code)
Categories (main topics based on the last 90 days of content, primarily from Instagram and YouTube)📌 Note: You cannot currently search or filter by categories, but this feature is evolving.
Social media performance insight
Instagram engaged audience (Instagram users who interacted with posts in the last 90 days)
TikTok followers audience (analyzed through post descriptions, follower profiles, and location tags)
Real percentage (percentage of real users in the engaged audience)
Tip: Select influencers with 90%+ real audience for better engagement
Confidence level in audience data:
Green = High (large sample size)
Orange = Medium
Red = Low (small sample size)
All social media accounts linked to the influencer’s Upfluence profile
Key influencer metrics
Follower base: Followers on linked platforms.
Est. price range: Based on location, past collaborations, engagement rate, and audience demographics.
Average engagement rate: (Avg. likes + Avg. comments) ÷ Followers × 100%
CPE (Cost Per Engagement): Suggested price ÷ (Avg. Likes + Avg. Comments)
Average likes: Average number of likes per post in the last 90 days.
Average comments: Average number of comments per post in the last 90 days.

Affiliate ability rating (last 90 days of affiliate posts):

Avg. engagement rate on affiliate content
Effectiveness rate compared to all posts: : Helps evaluate how well their audience responds to affiliate contents.
Saturation rate on affiliate content: % of posts that include affiliate links/codes in the last 90 days.
Brand mentions performance:
Avg. engagement rate on brand mentions
Effectiveness rate compared to all posts: Helps evaluate how well their audience responds to paid partnerships.
Saturation rate on brand mention: % of posts that mention a brand in the last 90 days
Example: A 30% saturation rate means 3 out of 10 posts mention a brand.
Tip: A lower saturation rate increases your brand’s visibility.
Note: If a platform shows no data, it means the influencer has not been active in the past 90 days.
