What are merge fields?
Merge fields are dynamic placeholders that automatically populate in your emails based on information attached to an influencer’s profile, like their name, location, or social media handle. Using merge fields makes your emails more personalized and saves you time during outreach.
This guide will show you how to create custom merge fields in the Search & List tool, so you can use them for more efficient future outreach.
Create new merge fields
You can create merge fields either individually on influencer profiles.
Open the influencer’s profile by clicking on their name from any page.
Click on Profile at the top.
Scroll to the Merge Fields section and click Edit > Add merge field.
Enter the name and value for the merge field (e.g., product, size, or location).
Click Save to update the profile. The merge field will now be available for use in personalized emails.
2. Edit your merge fields
Open the influencer’s profile by clicking on their name.
Click on the Profile tab at the top-right of the panel.
From here, you can either edit existing merge fields or add new ones.
